International flight from the airport of your choice. For participants coming from Switzerland, France, Germany or Italy, a bus transfer from Stockholm-Arlanda airport is organised in the middle of the afternoon to your hotel in Orsa. For those arriving on their own and after the bus has left (and in order not to keep other participants waiting unnecessarily), the transfer should be arranged by train to Mora station (trains leave from under Arlanda airport, train fare is extra).

Each day in the week leading up to the race is dedicated to reconnaissance of a part of the course, from the start in Sälen to the finish in the centre of Mora. There will also be various activities for accompanying persons during the week.

Participation in the Vasaloppet in classic style over a distance of 90 km. Wake up at dawn and have a hearty breakfast. Transfer with our own bus from your hotel to the start of the race, which is at 8 am. On arrival in Mora and for participants staying in Orsa, our shuttles will be waiting for you and will take you to your hotel according to your arrival time and the time you deem necessary to eat and enjoy the atmosphere in the city. For those staying in hotels in Mora, the return journey is on foot. Last evening with dinner together in your hotels and last night.

Transfer by bus to Stockholm and flight back to your departure airport.
